Fill out the application below to request a booth at the 2022 HAP Summit.

Share your message, cause, product, or service that addresses homesteading, prepping, and becoming self-reliant.

Exhibitor spaces are $25 for a 10’ x 10’ area- exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, decorations, signage, tent/canopy/coverage.  If you sign up as a speaker AND are chosen, your fees will be waived. There are no refunds for this event due to weather. The summit will take place rain or shine.

Rules for Exhibitors

  • No refunds will be given 45 days prior to the event. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after event dates.
  • Spaces are 10’ x 10’. Any additional space needed will result in a charge for a second 10’ x 10’ space.
  • Set up is Friday, April 22, 2022 From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Be respectful to your event neighbors.
  • Please Keep your area clean throughout the entire event.
  • You are responsible for your space at all times.
  • Booths can be broken down Sunday at 5 PM. DO NOT break down before 5PM without authorization from the organizers.
  • You assume responsibility to any damage to property or equipment during the summit and/or travel to and/or from the event.
  • Please call 386-937-6043 and leave a message if you encounter ANY issues. We will try to take care of issues promptly.
    • Your experience as a vendor is important. Please don’t hesitate to call if you need something.
