Kathryn Phillis  "Kat"

Kat and her husband Tim have been homesteading in central Florida for the past few years. They have a five acre homestead where they grow and preserve much of their own food, raise chickens and goats. They spend their weekends selling their homestead items at local farmers markets and are best known locally for their goat milk soaps and lotions, and their freeze dried fruits and candies.
