Ken Hardy brings a diverse background in law enforcement, business, instruction, and public service. A former law enforcement officer with 12 years of experience, Ken has also worked as a charter boat captain, scuba instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor, entrepreneur, and businessman. Over the past 30 years, he has owned and operated a sales and marketing company, combining practical leadership with real-world experience across multiple fields.
Ken currently serves as the Southeast Regional Manager for CCW Safe, a legal defense for self-defense organization that provides members with comprehensive legal support following a lawful act of self-defense.
Drawing from his law enforcement career and decades of life experience, Ken is passionate about educating others on vigilance, situational awareness, and the legal realities surrounding self-defense. His work emphasizes not only training to avoid dangerous situations whenever possible, but also understanding how to respond appropriately when avoidance is no longer an option.
With a longstanding commitment to civic service and community involvement, Ken now focuses on helping people become more self-reliant, more aware, and better prepared to navigate both personal threats and the legal aftermath that can follow a self-defense incident.
