Wendimere Reilly is a clinical registered dietitian and holistic nutritionist. She specializes in chronic health conditions such as diabetes, weight management and digestive issues. She is passionate about functional nutrition which encompasses a food first and food as medicine approach. Reilly has over 20 yrs nutrition & homesteading experience. She opened one of the first natural health stores in Clermont, Florida in 1999 and began practicing integrative health with a local medical doctor. She opened The Health Chic House in 2005 and with her husband Bill began teaching homesteading concepts such as edible landscaping, aquaponics and herbal remedies. She went on to get a degree in nutrition and become a registered dietitian. After working in the hospital and long term care/rehab settings, she returned to Clermont to work for that same medical doctor, becoming one of the area’s first primary care dietitians. She is currently the Director of Nutrition at Innovacare Care, providing nutritional services for 21 medical offices in Central Florida and Jacksonville.
