Hi y'all πŸ‘‹ I have questions!

#1 What size is a camping spot and can i have more than 1 tent on it ?(we need to separate the boys from the girls for sleeping, so need 2 separate tents) #2 it says lunch is provided (Great🀀!) Are we talking sack lunch cold sandwiches or ? #3 The Sat night "Bbq together" so like a tailgate type thing each has a bbq going at campsite and we mingle or a central location we gather too and ? Bring your own grill? Or use a big central one? We cook our own? Contribute to the whole and others cook? Thats it. Seeking clarity, its our first time attending. Thanks for the advice and information!

2 weeks and you haven't gotten an answer?! Not sure about these people πŸ€”

TwanaΒ Fair enough, that said we started this community in the off season and honestly just didn't have it open to check. Responding to emails and facebook daily.

Niki Sorry for the delay, didn't realize we had users actively in here tbh.

  1. Enough room for 2 reasonably sized tents easily on one site. Single family should be fine there.
  2. There will be a warm meal option shared each day. However if you have dietary restrictions or want something different your welcome to bring something or even leave to restaurants nearby.
  3. Central location, closer to community potluck. We typically provide the mains like burgers/hotdogs and fixings, others bring whatever they want. Not required, but it is a fun community & family oriented offering.

All of the meals are really not part of the event, but we cook enough for everyone if that makes sense, and nearby restaurant offerings are a bit sparse on Sundays so we don't want people having to drive to far away. This tries to fill that gap.
