Attendee FAQs
The Summit will be held April 25-26, 2026 in Northeast Florida. Gates open at 9:00 AM both days. Exact address and parking details will be emailed to all ticket holders.
The Summit is intentionally small and intimate, capped at around 250 total attendees.
Full access to all classes, vendor areas, and the community cookout on Saturday night. Lunch is also include on Saturday and on Sunday. Workshops are not included.
No. Due to limited space, all tickets must be purchased online.
Yes! We encourage families to attend. Children 6 and under are free with a paying adult. Some workshops may not be suitable for younger children (sharp tools, fire, etc.)
We suggest a notebook, and cash (some vendors may not accept cards). Dress for the weather as a portion of the event is outdoors.
There is no public WI-FI. Part of the charm of the Summit is being present and engaged.
yes, lunch will be included in your ticket. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at low cost.
Camper FAQs
Yes. Tent and RV camping is available for attendees, vendors and speakers. Spaces are first come, first served.
No. There is an extra charge for camping.
RV & tent campers can start to arrive and set up camp beginning at 4:00PM EST on Friday, April 24th 2026.
Yes, each site has power and water hookups.
There is also a dump-station on site.
Bathrooms and showers are available.
Yes, but only with small camp stoves or portable fire pits that are raised off of the ground. Some community meals will also be provided.
For safety reasons, only service animals are allowed.
Tent, sleeping bag, flashlight/headlamp, bug spray, and personal essentials.
Vendor FAQs
One 10 x 10 space. Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and signage.
$45 for a standard booth. This included admission for 3 people.
Yes! Many vendors are also speakers. Please fill out the application at hapsummit.com/speaker-application/ before paying for a vendor space.
Power is limited and must be requested in advance. Bring extension cords and power strips if needed.
Yes, camping is available. Campsites can be reserved at https://hapsummit.com/checkouts/event-checkout-2026/ Vendors must bring their own camping gear.
Vendors may begin setup Friday afternoon (April 24). All booths must be ready by 9:00 Am Saturday. Teardown begins at 4:00 PM Sunday.
Speaker FAQs

Practical, hands-on skills related to homesteading, preparedness, survival, sustainability, and self-reliance.
Most sessions are 45-60 minutes, including Q&A.
Speakers receive free admission, some meals, and a vendor space at no cost.
A small PA system is available, and a TV with cables to connect your laptop or tablet for presentations.
